Under the direction of the Human Services Manager, the ICWA/ Kinship Social Worker is primarily responsible for supporting and enhancing the well-being of tribal families. This position will support families participating in the Hopland Band of Pomo Indians Tribal Court through the provision of intensive wraparound service as well as State courts for child welfare case management. Provides crisis intervention and assists clients in compliance with service plans. Makes referrals to various agencies and resources on behalf of families, will work collaboratively with outside agencies. This position is a grant funded position for the Indian Child Welfare Program.
